I completed my training at the Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, Massachusetts. My goal is for us to work together to create a session tailored to your individual needs, and to form a relationship based on communication and trust to ensure success.

I believe that continuing education and staying up-to-date with research is the backbone to providing effective care for my clients. I am currently certified in Myofascial Decompression (MFDc commonly known as cupping), working toward my neuromuscular therapist certification, and always looking to broaden my understanding of how to assist others in obtaining happy, healthy and functional muscular health.
